The Role
Some of the key duties of these roles are:

  • As part of a team, perform a wide range of administrative and records management duties including, but not limited to administrative clerical support, specialist data entry, updating publications.
  • Maintenance of data in computerised management information systems.
  • Management and maintenance of electronic records and filing system.
  • Provision of keyboard services including data entry and word processing.
  • Manage, coordinate and process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Research and interpret information from instructions and policies.
  • Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders.
